AccuCASH Insight Back Office Software is designed to complement all of the best-in-class features of our AccuCASH Cash & Coin Recycling Systems. It provides users with the detailed information necessary for managing automated cash handling operations and for easily reconciling with existing POS Systems.
Security First and Foremost
Our Cloud Based System was designed with security in mind. As a read-only platform, we employ Microsoft SQL Server Replication so that traffic only leaves the local database and never has to re-enter your server. Microsoft Azure is used to host all of our databases, featuring the highest level of network security.
AccuCASH Insight’s cloud-hosted databases also serve as backups to protect your data should it be lost locally. With our replicated and cloud-hosted databases, AccuCASH ensures traffic leaving your server is a one way out, read-only system.

Dashboard – This is the customer’s home page and provides a quick glance into all of the AccuCASH Systems under your account. It shows how much money is in each system and whether the system is up and running or is in an error state.
Detailed Reporting – Over 16 reports allow a user to determine the information needed to balance, reconcile, and obtain insight into all cash handlings. Reports also allow users to quickly and easily review the setup of their systems and user rights within the system. Reports offer the flexibility to specify date ranges for individual or group(s) of systems. Each report can be exported to MS Excel or as a PDF, so comparing data to existing POS data is very easy.

Auto Alerts and Auto Reporting – This component was designed to provide useful information without having to log in to the system. Auto Alerts prepare and send critical reports via email if a system is low on cash (broken down by denomination), or if the system is down. Users can configure which alerts to receive and which days to receive them. This provides a powerful tool to ensure your system stays up and running.
Our Auto Reporting feature is similar to Auto Alerts. If a customer needs the same report(s) each day, logging into the system is not necessary. It can be configured for the user to receive daily emails with the reports needed.
Maintenance Monitoring –
As a Cloud Based System, our service team receives Auto Alerts should your system start having issues, or if your system is down for an extended period of time. Our team can use these reports to be more proactive in the maintenance of your system and may be able to find issues before you even know there is one. This added service from our already top-tier maintenance team ensures your system is always up and running with minimal service issues or downtime.
Provisional Credit Report (Optional) – As the owner of a cash business, you may experience fluctuations in your cash on hand during any day, week, or month.
Using AccuCASH Insight Back Office Software, the cash that is securely deposited into your cash and coin recycler is made available to you with the use of provisional credit — an immediate credit issued to your account by your bank.
Provisional credit service is furnished by our partner Cash Connect. AccuCASH Insight will provide daily data to Cash Connect for your provisional credit deposited directly to each of your banking institutions.
Daily deposit reports can easily be compared with your bank deposit records, to ensure your data and deposits always match.
